Regional Coordinator: Ryan Keller, MS, CSCS,*D, NSCA-CPT,*D

Ryan Keller is the Strength and Conditioning Director for Recreational Sports at Texas A&M University. Keller oversees multiple strength and conditioning facilities on campus, along with a large personal and small-group training program. He teaches courses including advanced strength and conditioning, and exercise assessment and prescription. Keller works with a wide variety of athletes (including cheer and dance teams) and personal training clients.

Arkansas 

State Director: Gina Kraft, PhD, CSCS

Gina Kraft is an Associate Professor of Health and Physical Education at Arkansas Tech University (ATU), and the Program Director for the Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning Studies at ATU. Her professional passion lies in teaching, especially nutrition and exercise physiology. Her research interests are varied but generally relate to endurance performance.

Kansas

Gerald Larson is an Associate Professor and Program Director of Kinesiology at Avila University in Kansas City, MO. He teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in the areas of exercise and stress physiology, biomechanics and motor control, measurement and evaluation, and evidence-based nutrition and recovery. A lifelong scholar-practitioner, his personal and professional interests are related to functional psychophysical training with an emphasis on tactical strength and conditioning.

Missouri

State Director: Victor Kizer, MS, CSCS,*D, NSCA-CPT,*D, TSAC-F,*D

Victor Kizer is an Assistant Professor and the Program Director for the Exercise Science Department at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. He is currently in the dissertation phase of his Doctorate of Science in Health Sciences from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, UT. He is also a Captain in the Army Reserve (careerist, 20 years in March 2020), previously serving as a Master Fitness Trainer Instructor at Fort Knox. Kizer previously co-owned a private training facility in St. Louis before moving full time into academia. 

Oklahoma 

State Director: Miguel Wickert, MA, CSCS,*D, RSCC

Miguel Wickert is Director of Sports Performance and Head Coach at Titan Sports and Performance Center in Tulsa, OK. His responsibilities include program creation, design and implementation for physical development, and sport performance enhancement for youth to professional athletes. He is the Performance Coach for Tulsa's only professional sports franchise, FC Tulsa. He holds a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning with an emphasis in Human Performance from LaGrange College. Before coming to Titan Sports Complex, Wickert started his own business and provided strength and conditioning coaching within Tulsa public schools while working with 450+ student-athletes from a variety of sports (basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, football, softball and POM). He also has experience coaching and group training area first responders. He oversees training for youth club soccer team training at Titan and has completed his USAW-L2. 

Texas 

State Director: Chris Bailey, PhD, CSCS,*D, RSCC

Chris Bailey is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Kinesiology Department at the University of North Texas. He teaches courses in Athlete Monitoring, Biomechanics, and Quantitative Analysis. His research incorporates many of the same concepts taught in his courses while largely focusing on applied strength and conditioning and sport performance enhancement.
