NSCA has a network of volunteer leaders who direct NSCA’s efforts at the state and provincial level. NSCA’s Northwest Regional Coordinator provides oversight and training to local state and provincial directors. Dana Jaconi is currently a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist®(CSCS®) with a focus on youth athletics and the proper education in physical education programs. Her coaching career spans three decades in figure skating, power skating, off-ice conditioning for figure skating and hockey, and overall fitness of both youth and adults. Her passion is the advancement of research in athletes with autoimmune spondyloarthritis.

Izzi McKinney works as a Sports Medicine Associate for the Billings Clinic. She spends time working with middle school athletes to build a foundation and healthy relationship with strength and conditioning. She also works in the secondary school setting where she focuses on injury prevention, power development, and concussion management specifically with returning athletes to sport. She enjoys what the world has to offer, embraces challenges, and finds comfort thinking outside of the box.

Nick Hagen has been a licensed physical therapist since 2009. He is a faculty member of the Institute of Physical Art. He completed his undergraduate training at The University of Colorado in Boulder and physical therapy school at the University of California San Francisco. After PT school, he completed a sports physical therapy residency in Vail, CO at the Howard Head Sports Medicine Center.

David N. Suprak is a Professor of Kinesiology at Western Washington University. His research focuses on neuromuscular control and injury rehabilitation in the upper extremity, as well as power development methods.

Logan Gehlhausen is a law enforcement officer in western Wyoming. He also operates a private facility where he works with youth athletes and adults to reach their strength and conditioning goals.

Jeff Aker is a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach based in Calgary, Alberta. He is currently in his fifth season as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with the University of Calgary Men’s Baseball Program. Guy Demong is a fitness, strength and conditioning consultant that has worked extensively with both the general population as well as a variety of teams. Additionally, he worked with PacificSport of the Fraser Valley to help expand their Junior Strength and Conditioning program. Currently, he is one of the owner/operators of True North Strength and Fitness in Langley, British Columbia.

Hayley Legg is a strength and conditioning coach and consultant in Saskatoon. She has worked with a range of athletes and clients in Canada and the United Kingdom. She is currently completing a PhD at the University of Saskatchewan, focusing on upper body strength capacity in an ageing population. In addition, she is a lecturer at St Mary’s University in London, contributing to the strength and conditioning science and sport science degree programs.
